All businesses are required to have a business license through the City of Aurora, general liability insurance, an account with Keybank, and operate on an approved point of sale system. If you are within the marketplace or a kiosk, you are required to use Clover. If you have a kitchen, you are required to use Toast. These must be in place prior to you opening for business.

Please note: All food and beverage operations are required to be in either a kitchen or kiosk and must obtain a food permit through Arapahoe County Public Health. If food is not prepared on site, you must have approval from the county to operate through a commisary kitchen.
